  • Eligibility: Request a refund within 14 days of parcel receipt. Shoes and box must be returned in original condition.
  • Conditions: Applicable for serious quality issues or sizing mistakes on our part.

Return Policy:

  • Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Customer Responsibility: Returns are at the customer’s expense, if there is mistake on customer’s side like you ordered shoe with a wrong size. Items must be returned in their original box and condition. We do not accept returns of damaged, worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Method: Use regular postal services for returns. Declare the package as ‘gift’ or ‘used’ to avoid customs issues.

Return Address: Contact us for the return address information.

Free-shipping insurance: If your shoes are seized by customs, we’ll re-ship a replacement pair once for free. But, don’t worry. It only happens with 1 shoe out of 200.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations are not possible.

Refund Methods: We offer refunds via PayPal based on your preference.
